Returns & Refund Policy
All items are to be inspected upon receipt with discrepancies to be reported to us within 2 business days. An RS Tag will be issued. Returns without an RS Tag WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned at the customers expense. Returns must be received within 5 days of RS Tag issue. Discerancies shall be limited to damaged goods or wrong product shipped. Customer error in ordering will receive no shipping credit and be responsible for a 15% restocking fee. Even exchanges will be charged shipping for new merchandise being sent.
Returned items that have been worn will be subject to repair only and will be returned back to the customer. No exchanges will be permitted.
No returns or exchanges on closeout items. ALL SALES FINAL.
No returns or exchanges on items smelling of tobacco products, perfumes, or mildew or items with markings made by customer such as ink pens, markers, or tape. Items received in this manner will be returned at the customers expense.
